Underfunded Film Productions LLC. was started to give local film makers an opportunity to shoot high quality films using professional equipment without breaking the bank. The equipment available through this company is industry standard equipment used in making professional feature films. We offer this equipment at a fraction of the cost of other rental houses to allow even the smallest budget films to use professional equipment.

As equipment is rented, the money made will be used in purchasing more equipment to increase the size of our rental house.

The dolly, jib and camera stabilizer are custom built by the owner, a mechanical engineering student at BYU. The doorway dolly and dolly track was constructed using industry standard dimensions, making it interchangable with other professional dolly systems. The jib and camera stabilizer were built from aluminum and are designed for mini-dv cameras and smaller HD cameras.

Legal Note :
As most low budget films do not have the ability to have insurance to cover equipment, UFP will not require any proof of insurance to rent equipment. Instead, a rental agreement form is signed stating that the lessee will cover any costs of damage to the equipment. For some packages and equipment, a deposit must be paid to insure the safe return of the equipment. The deposit will be refunded in full upon return of the equipment in working order.

Underfunded Film Productions LLC. reserves the right to make changes to rental pricing without notice at it's own discretion. It also reserves the right to deny rental to persons or companies at it's own discretion.
